Full plasterboarding service. Dot and dab, fixing to battens, overboarding ceilings etc. Can install basic stud partitions, boxing in of pipes. For ceilings I use a boardlifter which is a great device meaning a one-man operation and really aids accuracy.

Bungalow I rendered

Range of rendering services offered. I use coloured renders and OCR  if you want a base to paint (I can also offer advice on types of paint to use, it’s vital to use breathable paints rather than cheap versions that bubble with damp), I don’t use sand and cement anymore as I find them unreliable. Sand clay content can play havoc with the finished product and modern, bagged renders take the guesswork out of it, providing consistent, reliable results. I’m happy to talk through the options with you. All my work is FULLY meshed and I only use the good stuff.
