A Bit About Me
I started Plasterworx back in 2002 after serving time as an apprentice, deciding it was time to venture out on my own. Being a one-man band, I’ve always tended to concentrate on the domestic side of the market, but have also worked on sites and in the commerical field. From the start, I’ve gone in thinking how would I want someone to treat my own home when working in it and this, along with a detailed approach to my work has meant I’ve built a loyal customer base over the years. I take a pride in my work, always have done.
If you decide to hire me then I can offer the following commitment:
I will call back and I will turn up when I say I will. Most of us have been let down by trades. It’s annoying and waste of everyone’s time. I don’t work that way.
I’ll keep things tidy and will respect your home. No radios booming through the house, I’m into my music, I’ll have my headphones on.
I offer fixed prices. Sometimes I’ll be sent pictures of work, I can often offer a guide and then visit to provide an actual quote. Although there are occasions when I can give a fixed price from a photo/video.
I’m detailed in my approach to plastering. No ‘slap it on’. No shortcuts.
Most things are done electronically these days, but I’ve had letters and thank you cards over the years that I keep in the van to show as references as required.
